Our shoes support customization in sizes 34-42 (EU), with a minimum order quantity of 8 pairs per style. If you still need assistance, our team is ready to provide personalized sizing advice to ensure you find the perfect size that best suits your lifestyle and preferences.
Orders & Payments
After you place your order, our customer service will contact you via communication software (including but not limited to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, WeChat, Telegram, and VK). For customers who are unable to use communication software, you can also provide an email address to receive updates. At checkout, you can choose from a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies, and other trusted payment services.
Shipping & Delivery
We can ship the goods to you through our partner logistics companies, or you can choose your preferred logistics provider. Before you place your order, our staff will inform you of the expected production time. We can send you samples before you place your order. For customized styles, we can also make shoe material samples, which will incur a pattern-making fee. This fee can be deducted from your payment after the order is finalized. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery status of your package.
